Mr. Deepak Agarwal
Managing Director
Mr. Deepak Agarwal is the MD of Sudeep Polymers Pvt. Ltd. He earned his degree from MIT Kothrud in 2007.
After a couple of years in the engineering industry, he began his journey as a Business and Technical Manager in 2009, focusing mainly on new product development, technological upgrades, and company expansion.
Under his leadership, the company has soared to new heights. He is currently the chairman of the Pune Chapter of Round Table 65 and is actively engaged in community services and CSR activities. He has traveled extensively and stays abreast of the latest developments in the industry.
Mr. Rohit Bhalerao Plant Head
Rohit has taken charge as the plant head of Sudeep Polymers. With 20 years of experience and having worked with companies such as Tata Auto Components, MINDA, Walter Pack, and Otter Controls, he brings a wealth of knowledge in stabilising operations with a core focus on quality and plant efficiency. His educational background includes a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a PGDM in Material Management, and an MBA in Operations.
Mr. Devanand Shejul
Business Development and Marketing
Devanand has seven years of experience. Having been with Sudeep Polymers for three years, he has worked in multiple departments such as SCM, PPC, and Operations, and has recently taken charge of Business Development. He holds an M.Com and a PGDM in Marketing.
Mr. Atik Tamboli
Head-Development & Maintenance
Atik has taken charge as the head of development and maintenance. He has 10 years of experience in the industry, having worked with precision tool rooms and facilities like GIC.
Mr. Vishal Patule
Director Toolroom
Vishal is heading the tool manufacturing unit at Sudeep Polymers, and has 14 years of experience.He has previously worked at MINDA Group.His educational background includes a diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
